Public Library Services and P2 Training
Training Forum The Training Forum is an informal group that meets every three months to discuss issues and share ideas about training in SA public libraries.
Most Forum members include those who are currently delivering training in libraries, to system administrators and customer service librarians. Anybody with an interest in training is welcome to attend or to join the discussion email list. Please send an email to support@plain.net.au to join the email list.
Forum topics have included: what training do libraries currently offer? sharing of training resources and notes, skill audits for staff, what would 'best practice' look like? and a range of other topics.
Training Plans and Resources Items below can be used by other libraries in SA who ensure that provenance is acknowledged. Thanks to libraries for supplying these resources:
